• Before you fill in the CT Application Form, please note that the Application Processing Fee is non-refundable even if your CT request is rejected. Therefore, apply for CT only if you fulfill the required criteria and agree to the Terms and Conditions

• Please click on the semester categories in the Application form to see the courses.

• Select all the courses (by checking the boxes) for which you would like to send a CT request

• Browse and upload the result file from your computer (only PDF files, not more than 2MB).

• Click the "SEND" button and wait for the confirmation message
