Islamic Online University is a tuition-free institution that seeks its profits from Allaah. The University does not charge students to take classes. Readings and other study materials will be available online free of charge.

There is just one modest fee that students pay per semester, a semester registration fee that ranges from 40$ to 120$ per semester based on the standard of living in the student’s country of residence.

The cost of an Islamic Online University BA program will be only a fraction of the cost of a comparable degree from a public university, even for students who live in countries with a very low standard of living.The total fee for the whole program will range from $320 - $960 depending on the student's country of residence

Fees should be paid in Qatari Riyals. The fee page shows the fees in both US dollars and Qatari Riyals. The US dollars are meant for reference only. However the fees should be sent in Qatari Riyals. The reason for this is that bank transfers sent in US dollars are subject to a processing fee by the correspondent bank. This will increase the cost for the applicants. However fees sent in Qatari Riyals are not subject to the correspondent bank charge Note also that the applicants are required to pay the bank fees at their end in order to ensure that the full fee reaches the IOU

Please note that fees paid to Islamic Online University for the Semester Registration is not refundable nor transferable under any circumstances. This is due to the modest fee charged
