IOU offers a BAIS degree and two alternative streams

(1) those who do not have the minimum qualifications to gain access to the knowledge imparted in the BAIS program
(2) those who may have the minimum qualifications and more, want access to the knowledge, but have no desire to sit exams i.e., they wish to audit the courses

For BAIS degree applicants:

To successfully apply for the BAIS Program, the candidate must have completed High School.

The High School Certificate / Diploma is the credential awarded to a secondary school student who successfully completes senior high school level studies at which point he or she should have completed 12 years of study.

Those who have done further studies and have degrees higher than High school may submit those in case they no longer have the High School Certificate with them .

For IOU Advanced diploma and audit courses applicants:

No proof of prior educational qualifications is required.

Those who do not meet our minimum requirements or possibly have no educational or provable educational qualification, will receive an IOU Advanced Diploma and transcripts on completion of the entire program as the IOU attestation of their study.

Those who wish to audit courses without sitting exams will be issued by the IOU a certificate of attendance on completion of the whole course of study.
